Retaining customers is a balancing act
We, at VuLiv are developing a
product that will become People’s utmost necessity of life. We have a vision,
whenever a new phone is bought, the very next thing he does is download and install
VuLiv Media Player. Our customers believe in our great service, product quality
and Delight factor. Presently, we are offering Media player for a user’s own
Photos, Videos and Music.
I @ VuLiv work towards Customer
retention through product and brand positioning. There is a saying “The
customer’s perception is your reality”. So being close to the reality, we work
towards gaining precious usage patterns and positive social proofs to deliver
the best experience and learning via automated engagement plans.
My current objective is to design
sticky retention programs and capture the product’s momentum, so to reduce the
pain points and friction and making it personal for users.
